I can't?

So some guy commented on my Sweeney Todd Valentines that if I don't take them down, he'll report me. So I asked him why, and he said because they're screenshots from a movie, and I can't use those, but I have a disclaimer saying that the images don't belong to me and I'm not selling the valentines, so I'm not making any money off of them.

Do I have to take them down?

O_o

I worked really hard on them and a lot of people enjoyed them, so I would hate to have to take them down.

Please help!
